Czech climbing G.O.A.T., Adam Ondra, will be defying gravity this Wednesday, April 9 from 16:00 at HUDY Boulder Karlín where fans are welcome to witness the master, compete against their friends, and test climbing shoes.

The four time World Champion, two of which were youth championships, has been climbing since he was three-years-old. In 2016 he made the first free ascent of the hardest climbing route in the world. Since then Silence, the overhang cave in Norway, has remained unconquered by anyone but Ondra.

The event is part of the mountaineering shoe company La Sportiva’s CLIMB WORLD TOUR 2025 that spans across 5 continents, 27 countries, and over 100 events from now until November 27.

Every local event will have a climbing legend present, typically one from that region.

There is no additional entrance fee to the event aside from HUDY Boulder Karlín’s normal fee; which for students is 220 CZK. Interested parties should register for the event online to avoid overcrowding the venue’s capacity.

AAU Climbing Club is offering 10 free entries to the event. Students can message @aauclimbingclub on Instagram for more information.
