During moments of stress or anxiety, the body goes into fight or flight mode which can cause physical effects. Common symptoms of an anxiety or panic attack are a racing heart, difficulty breathing, dizziness, and fatigue. Meditation is a grounding technique and helps with stress, anxiety, and depression regulation. It increases the mind-body connection.
