Meet Torika Watters, Benjamin Rodenburg and Raevenn Breen
We’re the only three Fijians in Prague I think. It’s pretty messed up because we all had our own plans: we grew up together and we had no idea we will end up here, in the middle of Europe, studying at university together. We [Fijians] are very interested in people. When we first meet somebody, we want to know everything about you and read you as you’re an open book, while people here are very reserved. Back home we would say anything, we would tell you our whole life-story.
–One thing that’s really different about Fiji and here is that we’re always smiling.
–It’s a lot colder here too…
