You’re never going to notice it when I’m standing in front of you… My parents were told ‘She’s never going to be healthy.’ It was like a roller coaster: sometimes, medication didn’t work, something clashes and everything went back down. I had this one time I went to have a surgery back to Finland, and when I came to Prague physiotherapy wasn’t working anymore. I had to start all over again. I remember the day when they told me: ‘You have no scoliosis.’ I was crying. My mum was crying. You’re told that it will never go away; but one day you wake up, and everything changes when the doctor tells you you’re healthy.
