Hidden in classicist cityscape of Jiřího z Poděbrad, just opposite the park Svatopulka Čecha stands a timid Café Moment, perfect place to drop by during cold and windy autumn days. Moment is not only an amazing spot for getting mug of hot coffee, but also a point to try vegan alternative of scrambled eggs or just get the taste of hipster community. Bar and back room of Moment are connected through a narrow hall. Whole space is filled with wooden tables and chairs of various colours and origins. Each wall bears a set of graphics, resembling book illustrations, and paintings of Prague based artists.

Menu is completely vegan and printed on a recycled paper. The menu features various soups, bagels, burgers, toasts and salads on regular offer. You can also enjoy freshly baked cakes, cookies or other desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth. Most of the meals are also available in gluten-free version. Apart from variety of a high quality coffee and tea, there is a possibility to choose from several Club-Mate drinks, home made lemonades, iced teas and luscious hot chocolate. Throughout a year supporters of alternative lifestyle can enjoy events held in a Café including concerts, public lectures and photography exhibitions. You don’t have to leave your pet at home either – Moment is animal-friendly.

The Café is open every day Monday to Friday from 9am – 9pm, Saturday and Sunday from 11am – 5 pm. Bring cash with you – credit cards are not accepted.
